Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role involves on-site hardware break-fix work at client locations, executing troubleshooting and repairs, and handling service calls with strong customer service.

Requirements include technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years' experience; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ownership of a basic repair toolkit. Dell/Lenovo training offered.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. of equipment.
• Must own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
