Job summary

The Inventory Coordinator at Ace Retail Group is responsible for maintaining the store's inventory accuracy, ensuring the right products are in the right places at the right times. The role requires 20-30 hours per week and a commitment to exceptional customer service for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive POs from Ace and non-Ace vendors and report discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via daily cycle counts and reports.
• Research inventory discrepancies to determine causes and correct errors.
• Manage on-hand integrity and adjust locations, prices and codes as needed.
• Coordinate store prep for periodic full-store inventories.
• Work with Store Support Center to ensure inventory controls are in place.
• Train and share inventory knowledge with other store associates.
• Assist in other inventory functions as assigned by management.
