Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain store inventory integrity and support operations. The role involves about 20–30 hours per week, with responsibilities across receiving, discrepancy resolution, and inventory controls to ensure items are in the right place at the right time.

You will work with store teams to maintain accuracy, perform cycle counts, and assist in store preparation for inventories.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment upon arrival at the store.
• Identify outs by scanning locations with a mobile device and correct errors per procedure.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by investigating discrepancies and adjusting after proper research.
