Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to uphold store inventory integrity and support daily operations. The role averages 20–30 hours per week and emphasizes accuracy and outstanding customer service across the store team.

Primary duties include receiving POs, resolving discrepancies, replenishment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure correct stock placement and efficient store performance.

• Ability to research and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Retail store experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify POs from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, over/short, and damages.
• Coordinate with freight captain for receiving and replenishment.
• Research and correct stock location discrepancies via mobile scans.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Follow procedures for defective merchandise credits.
• Manage location codes and inventory levels across the store.
• Assist in periodic full-store inventories and store preparation.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center departments on controls.
• Support management in inventory concerns and problem-solving.
