• Ability to research and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Retail store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non‑Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Coordinate with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment.
• Research and correct inventory discrepancies by scanning locations and following procedures.
• Utilize Mango reports and regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow defective merchandise procedures to ensure credits are received.
• Maintain on-hand integrity by reviewing discrepancies and adjusting as needed.
• Oversee price changes, location code integrity, and inventory levels; assist with full store inventories.
