Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain store inventory integrity, receiving POs, researching discrepancies, and supporting cycle counts across locations in the United States. The role averages 20-30 hours per week and emphasizes accuracy and customer service.

Starting at $17.00 per hour, you will partner with store teams to manage inventory levels, perform daily checks, and coordinate with vendors to ensure correct stock at the right place and time.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to research and find root causes of inventory discrepancies.
• Retail store experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure POs are properly received from Ace and non-Ace vendors.
• Report inventory discrepancies such as over/short and damages from orders received.
• Work with the freight captain to ensure proper receiving and replenishment.
• Ensure all outs are researched by scanning the location and correcting errors.
• Utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain on-hand integrity and adjust counts after proper review.
• Oversee location codes, inventory levels, and adjustments.
• Coordinate store prep for periodic full store inventories.
• Train other store associates on inventory procedures.
• Collaborate with Store Support Center departments on controls.
• Report inventory concerns with management and find solutions.
• Complete other inventory functions as assigned.
