Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah seeks a motivated Admissions Specialist to provide professional communication with clients, families, and professionals. You will guide prospective clients through the admissions process and refer them to our programs.

You will schedule intake appointments with therapists, enter data into the CRM, and work toward high conversion and CSAT while upholding our ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate program features and benefits.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through admissions skills.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours with empathy.
• Schedule prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follow up to maintain conversion rates and reschedule as needed.
• Enter data accurately into CRM and other platforms by day end.
• Assist clients in navigating barriers into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
