OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah seeks an Admissions Specialist to provide professional communication with clients, families, and professionals, guiding prospective clients through the admissions process and maintaining positive relationships. You will articulate the services we offer and seek referrals, while balancing data entry and scheduling with therapists for intake appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or related field, or 2 years of related sales/marketing experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
• Expert understanding of sales processes and customer relations.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with clients.
• Able to multitask in a high-paced environment and data entry.
• Punctual with excellent attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrive in changing environments including inside, outside and noisy settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to communicate OCD Anxiety Centers services to clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by admissions skills.
• Responds to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up to maintain conversion rates and reschedule appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms by end of day.
• Helps navigate barriers for clients into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
