Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Utah is seeking an Admissions Specialist to manage client communications and guide prospective clients through the admissions process. You will build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals, promoting our services and securing referrals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related sales/marketing experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
Exceptional customer service skills and client connection ability.
Ability to function in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry.
Must be punctual with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and communicates program features to clients.
Maintains and grows client relationships by applying admissions skills.
Responds to inquiries knowledgeably and with empathy within 24 hours.
Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
Follows up with prospective clients to maintain conversion rates and reschedule as needed.
Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of day.
Helps clients navigate barriers and assists them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
Adheres to all company policies and duties as assigned.
