Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a part-time Admissions Specialist in Utah to communicate program benefits, manage inquiries, and assist clients through the admissions process. Responsibilities include scheduling intake appointments, maintaining client relationships, and data entry in CRM systems.

The role emphasizes empathy, timely follow-up, and collaboration with therapists and internal teams. Candidates should have 3+ years in sales/marketing, CRM experience, and a track record of meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, or a related field or 2 years of related experience in sales or marketing in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of sales and marketing experience/account management.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
• Proficient in CRM and EMR software.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand OCD Anxiety Centers services and effectively communicates program features and benefits to potential and existing clients.
• Maintains and grows existing client relationships by learning and following admissions skills.
• Responds to all inquiries knowledgeably, with empathy within 24 hours.
• Schedules prospective clients with therapists for intake appointments.
• Follows up with prospective clients to maintain stage conversion rates and reschedule canceled appointments.
• Enters data accurately into CRM and other platforms before end of work day.
• H E l p s navigate barriers for clients and assist them into OCD Anxiety Centers programs.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
