Responsibilities include setting up new customer projects, reviewing billing information for accuracy, organizing delivery tickets, following up with customers on quotes, and assisting the sales team with administrative needs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous administrative, customer service, sales support, billing, or construction industry experience preferred.
