Columbus Metropolitan Library seeks an Information Services Specialist at the Dublin Branch (20/24 hrs., non-exempt, part-time). Located in Dublin, OH, starting pay range $21.49–$28.89 per hour, commensurate with experience.

This role supports adult programs and customer service under supervision of the Manager or Librarian. You will handle questions, assist with Life Skills services, participate in outreach, and help maintain a welcoming, organized branch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in customer service.
• Experience delivering programs and services to diverse audiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and assist customers with library services.
• Interview, research and answer questions using a variety of information sources.
• Plan, promote, present or coordinate programs for adults at the location and off-site.
