Qualifications

• Ability to operate library technology including personal computer and email.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for library customers.
• Ensure positive customer experience by analyzing and solving problems.
• Processing and sorting materials accurately and efficiently.
• Support customer service plan by greeting customers and answering inquiries.
• Manage money at the location, including balancing cash drawers.
