East Sussex County Council is seeking a Customer Services and Information Governance Officer to coordinate responses to complaints, Freedom of Information requests, Environmental Information Regulations requests and Data Protection Subject Access requests. You will help customers find resolutions, support colleagues with information governance matters and use learning to improve our services.

This is a part-time post (24 hours per week) with hybrid working and some home-working possible up to 3
