Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with an RTM to ensure our brands are visible and well‑stocked across assigned stores.

The role emphasizes flexible, on‑site merchandising with a focus on customer service, display execution, and relationship building with store teams. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Seattle, WA; secondary locations include Shoreline, Kenmore, Edmonds, WA.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in‑store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD merchandising principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plans are followed with RTM guidance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM via Salesforce.
