Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is hiring Lead Event Specialists for in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will interact with customers, provide samples, support event operations, and help teammates. Training is provided, with weekly pay and flexible scheduling for a part-time role.

Role emphasizes leadership development, a collaborative retail environment, and opportunities for career growth while supporting clients during store visits and audits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional certifications may be required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety standards.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean demonstration area.
• Support team members and act as in-store contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and assist audits and visits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
