Product Connections, a part of Acosta Group, is seeking a part-time Lead Event Specialist for in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will interact with customers, provide product samples, support event operations, and assist as a resource for teammates.

The role offers training, flexible weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic retail environment. You will be the in-store point of contact when needed and help ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demonstrations, or team leadership is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Proficient use of a smartphone/tablet/computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food safety certification required; other certifications may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and act as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
