Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, demos, or team leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet/computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification is required; additional local certifications may apply.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean workspace.
• Support teammates and act as in-store contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and assist client visits/audits.
• Complete required reporting, paperwork, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
