Job summary

Product Connections is seeking a Lead Event Specialist to help create engaging shopping experiences inside Sam's Club through product demonstrations. You will interact with customers, provide product samples, support event operations, and assist team members as needed.

No prior demonstration experience is required; training and support are provided to help you succeed in a flexible part-time role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Retail or service industry experience a plus but not required.
• Food safety certification may be required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean workspace.
• Serve as in-store point of contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
