Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, leads Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club to deliver exceptional customer experiences through live demos and sampling events. The Retail Supervisor role focuses on team leadership, recruiting, coaching, and operational oversight to drive results and elevate brand presence.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of hire (where applicable).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
