Crossmark Inc. is hiring Lead Event Specialists to conduct in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, sample products, support event operations, and assist teammates as a key in-store resource.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or leadership is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve samples while following safety standards.
• Maintain demo equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team and act as in-store contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support visits/audits.
• Complete reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
