Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, delivering outstanding customer experiences through product demonstrations and sampling events.

You will hire, train, coach, and manage day-to-day event execution, monitor performance, attendance, scheduling and metrics, and build strong partnerships with store leadership to drive compliant, high-impact events.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
