Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, seeks a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club, delivering exceptional customer experiences through product demos and sampling events.

You will recruit, coach, schedule, monitor performance, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure quality, safety, and compliance, while managing reporting and payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience including hiring, scheduling and performance management.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of hire (where applicable).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
