Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Food Safety Certification within 30 days of hire (where applicable).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (occasional up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
