Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Franklinville, NC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team, with paid training and support to obtain RBT certification, plus opportunities for advancement. In-home visits within ~20 miles, premium pay after 5 PM, and weekly supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred; training and support provided to achieve it.
• Experience with children, especially ASD, is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team; maintain data and progress notes.
