Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD within roughly 20 miles of your home. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative team to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience with children (ASD) strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
