Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work with a BCBA and a collaborative care team in home or clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Prior experience with children, especially ASD, is strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans with the client.
• Use tools like CentralReach to track data and preferences.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
