Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings within a 30-mile radius.

You’ll work with a BCBA and care team, receive paid training including exam coverage, and benefit from premium pay for after‑hours sessions, bilingual pay premium, and weekly supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles)
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care when needed
