Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and bridging gaps in care. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes history review and physical evaluation using an iPad.

The role requires MDs or DOs with active licenses, travel flexibility within licensed states, and eligibility for malpractice coverage. This part-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MDs and DOs with active, unrestricted licenses in coverage areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide In-Home Health Evaluations in patients' homes.
• Engage with people to bridge gaps in care.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Use iPad and clinical workflow during evaluations.
• Perform medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations.
