Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Physician to provide in‑home health evaluations for members, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

Visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes reviewing medications and medical history, performing a physical evaluation, and, when required by the health plan, ordering additional tests. Travel locally within licensed states as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• In-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes.
• Review medications and medical history during visits.
• Perform physical evaluations and, when ordered by the health plan, additional diagnostic tests.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
