Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. Visit members in their homes for about 45 minutes, review meds and medical history, and conduct a physical examination as needed by the member’s plan.

You will use an iPad and a clinical workflow, with no requirement to prescribe, order labs, or change current treatment plans. The role supports national coverage, with travel within licensed states and opportunities for virtual visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Anticipated Weekly Hours 29.5.
• Time type Part time.
