Job summary

Signify Health is seeking a part-time physician to perform in-home health evaluations for members in their own homes. Visits last about 45 minutes and include history review, physical exam, and optional diagnostics as dictated by the health plan.

A flexible schedule may involve local travel and virtual visits when appropriate. Qualified candidates hold an MD or DO with an active license and may require multi-state licensure.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the service area.
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations (~45 minutes)
• Review medications and medical history and perform a physical examination
• Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow; travel locally to member homes as needed
• Provide Signify Health services, including diagnostic and preventive screenings when indicated
