Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care.

You’ll conduct visits of about 45 minutes, review meds and history, perform a physical evaluation, and travel locally or within licensed states as needed. Virtual visits may be conducted.

• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
