Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Part-Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. Visits last about 45 minutes, with medical history and physical evaluation, and optional diagnostics as per health plan. Requires MD/DO licenses and willingness to travel locally within licensed states.

In-home setting, flexible scheduling and virtual visits available. Part-time employees qualify for select benefits and malpractice insurance coverage during Signify Health activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.).
