Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to help customers in their homes understand and use our CaptionCall phone. This part-time position offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

You will install and troubleshoot devices, train users, collect feedback, and support local events. Strong customer service, reliable transport, and a willingness to travel up to 25% are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
• Sales experience.
• Experience working in the hearing health field.
• Experience working with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Guide other CaptionCall activities and expand business reach.
• Recruit and refer Installer/Trainer candidates for local installations and events.
• Complete service calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
