Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to empower customers with hearing loss to use CaptionCall phones. This part-time, in-home role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth. You will install and troubleshoot devices, train customers on features, and promote services while building referrals.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English, can travel as needed, and works well independently, evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or caregiving environments preferred.
• Ability to train customers and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit potential installer/trainers to support local installations.
