Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to help people with hearing loss communicate with the world. This hands-on role trains customers on using CaptionCall phones in their homes and promotes the CaptionCall service.

The position is part-time with opportunities for career growth and requires travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate will have basic computer knowledge, sales experience, and experience in the hearing health field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience working in the hearing health field.
• Experience working with senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Guide caption call activities and expansion of business.
