Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. Clinicians visit members at their homes, review medication history, perform a physical exam, and coordinate with health plans to connect members with the right care.

You'll use an iPad and a clinical workflow, travel locally within licensed states, and may conduct virtual visits as needed. This role offers part-time hours (about 29.5 hours per week) with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
• Multi-state licenses (preferred)
