Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations. The role involves visiting patients at home, reviewing medical history, performing evaluations, and conducting related diagnostic services.

You will use an iPad and a clinical workflow without prescribing medicines or changing treatment plans. The position is part-time (29.5 hours per week) with local travel within licensed states.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
