Formación

• Active, unrestricted medical license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home health evaluations with patients and families.
• Perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations.
• Administer and coordinate diagnostic tests as ordered by health plan.
• Utilize iPad and clinical workflow to document visits.
