Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Part Time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations for members in their homes. The role involves a 45-minute visit, medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic testing as ordered by health plans.

The position supports travel within licensed states, virtual visits as needed, and a network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes. Part-time benefits and malpractice coverage are provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.
• Part-time availability with travel to local areas.

Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians to visit members in-home.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services (e.g., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening).
• Use iPad and clinical workflow during evaluations.
• Do not prescribe or order labs or alter current treatment.
