Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones
• Train customers on how to use the phone and features
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals
• Attend trade shows and company events as assigned
• Maintain customer records and complete reports
