Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer to help customers set up CaptionCall phones and learn their features. This part-time, customer-service oriented role involves in-home training and occasional travel up to 25%.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, sales experience, and comfort working with seniors. The position offers flexible scheduling and potential advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.
• Experience working with senior citizens is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
