Job summary

CU Anytime LLC in Albuquerque is seeking a Part-Time Image Processor for back-office operations with a focus on image deposit processing and video teller services. The 16-hour weekly role runs Mondays and Fridays, 7:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility for PTO coverage and post-holiday adjustments. The candidate should have 2+ years in financial institutions, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to learn multiple banking systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office/financial institution experience.
• Experience in teller, proof, check-processing, or remote deposit capture is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable and able to meet daily deadlines.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Able to learn multiple banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Review image transactions for negotiability and accuracy while meeting daily processing deadlines.
• Conduct video teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Verify the negotiability of physical and image-based checks.
• Accurately key, reconcile, and balance ATM image deposits within processing systems.
• Process returned items, adjustments, and cash deposits as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to credit unions, their members, and image service customers.
• Work closely with the Lead Image Processor to ensure daily workflow is completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Communicate promptly with the Image Processing Supervisor and Lead Image Processor regarding issues or deadline concerns.
