Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Video Teller Universal Placement (UP) onsite in Albuquerque, NM. You will assist members with routine financial transactions via video teller technology and provide consultative education to meet financial needs.

The role requires 1–3 years of banking or related experience, with the schedule totaling 37–40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience providing a high level of member service in a face-to-face, highly technical environment.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.

Responsibilities

• Review and process member’s financial transactions including answering inquiries on account, product, services or problem resolution that are within your authority to resolve through face-to-face camera interaction using video teller machines.
• Assist members with routine financial transactions via video teller.
• Refer members to specialized departments when necessary.
