Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with members, supervisors & co-workers.
• Perform basic math calculations & balance large amounts of money and negotiable instruments.
• Demonstrate accuracy & attention to detail and cooperative team spirit.
• Ability to work in a changing environment and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Assist authorized members with entrance to safe deposit boxes, sell money orders and cashier’s checks.
• Balance teller drawer at end of shift and follow security procedures.
• Identify and suggest additional services and direct members to appropriate departments.
