Job summary

United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Part-time Teller to be the friendly face at the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and cash transactions while delivering excellent customer service.

You will balance cash drawers, assist customers with checking and savings products, answer questions, cross-sell where appropriate, and refer complex issues to the right department. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in all tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Weekend and evening work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Process checking and savings deposits and/or withdrawals.
• Balance drawer daily and assist with end-of-day batching.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to proper departments.
• Answer customer questions and explain available services.
• Assist management and ensure teller station is stocked and secure.
