United Dairy Farmers is hiring an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience. The role involves making hand-dipped ice cream treats, operating the POS system and gas console, and ensuring clean, inviting store conditions. Part-time status and flexible shifts are available to fit 16+ age requirements.

The position emphasizes guest service, accurate cash handling and adherence to safety and store policies while providing fast, friendly service to our Guests.

Qualifications

• Able to greet Guests warmly and provide friendly service.
• Able to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Experience with making hand-dipped cones, shakes and malts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and other ice cream items.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console, process transactions and maintain cash accuracy.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, keep display and dip cabinet tidy.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
