Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Xenia, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, crafting hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts and preparing food service items for guests. The position is Part Time (25 hours or less per week) with 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift options. You must be at least 16 years old to work at UDF.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Able to operate POS terminal and gas console during shifts.
• Cash handling, making change, and processing payments accurately.
• Prepare DipSide items and food service offerings as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and equipment while following safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience with a warm greeting.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other ice cream items.
• Operare POS system and handle payments and coupons accurately.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, keep dip cabinet presentable.
• Monitor store cleanliness and calibrate temperatures of equipment.
• Follow tobacco/alcohol policies and security procedures as required.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
