Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring an Ice Cream Specialist (DipClerk) to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts and other food service items, while ensuring accurate transactions at the POS and gas console.

The role requires a part-time schedule (25 hours or less) with shifts available 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced, health-conscious retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions.
• Ability to tolerate temperature extremes and lift 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones and other DipSide items.
• Efficient operation of the POS system and gas console, handling transactions.
• Stock shelves and freezers, rotate stock and keep equipment clean and presentable.
• Maintain store safety, security measures and compliance with policies.
